Thu Jun 17, 2010: This expansion bracklet comes in one size to fit all men. My husband’s wrist is not that large (8 ) and he could barely get it on and it was way too small to be able to wear. We are returning it but at a cost to us. It surely was not what we expected............It also looked like a females bracklet....Not a man’s.

Only comment would be if you could blacken the wording on the bracelet - you have to get it just right with the light to read the inscription but it does alert medical authorities and thats the main purpose.That said I plan on buying a second backup bracelet in the very near future.
