My only complaint is that the band covers the engraving on the back; to see it, the bracelet must be taken off completely, and the band pulled away from the back of the ID. Otherwise, a good product, especially for the price.

I would give it five stars, but the face of the ID is already showing wear after just a couple of weeks of light use (I say light because we are switching it out with the other ID we purchased). Fri Jan 07, 2011: I was really impressed with the Medical ID I purchased for my son. He has a multitude of medical issues and I was afraid there would not be enough room on the bracelet. I actually had to go with the flex band as he is the size of a 9 month old but will be 2 soon. It arrived in great condition, no scotches. All information was correct and on the lines as I designed it originally. Color is perfect and now we are happy campers to know he is protected just in case something happens.

Thu Dec 02, 2010: Finally American Medical ID put out a bracelet that doesn’t have any clasps. I have had 13 surgeries (no joke) on my left hand and I cannot operate clasps in any way shape or form. So great job and please keep making products like this because I am sure you have disabled customers like me who have similar problems.
