Fri Jan 13, 2012: I’m very pleased with the bracelet. I only rated it a 4 because I would have chosen a smaller ID if you had a picture of someone wearing it on their arm. The medical ID is a little wide for the bracelet and looks like it might eventually rip. Your website is very good picturing your products, but I think if you had a picture of the bracelets on someone’s arm it would be easier to choose which size you need. Engraving is very easy to read despite what other people have said.

Sat Jan 29, 2011: I would have preferred to have the bracelet in black rather than navy. The catch is difficult for this lady to open and close. I often have to get someone to do it for me. It’s not the type of bracelet that would be comfortable to wear 24/7 so it should be easier to put on and take off. A better quality - easier to open/close closure would improve the bracelet tremendously. I would guess that children and young teens would have a problem as well.

The other bracelet i bought is ok, but I am disappointed with the failure of the Red/Navy Sportband. I had also purchased the black/blue and the Dogtag, i like them and i feel safer by having them. I would like you to send me a replacement clasp if possible.

Wed May 12, 2010: Since the ID was for my four-year-old son, I ordered the smallest size. It still had to be adjusted which left a tail that had a tendency to ’hang out. ’ This was an annoyance for him. I ’ve tacked the tail to the band with needle and thread, but he is still trying to adjust to the feel of the sportband. Great looking band, but I would recommend a smaller scale sportband for young children.
