The medallion and bracelet looked very nice. However, the medallion was not attached as shown in the photos but in the middle of the chain. ALso the bracelet was too small and customer service simply said that was too bad and they could not help.

i realy like the necklace,but, i feel that you need to have a 26 ’ ’ chain option. i have arthritus in my hands and canot do the clasp (i have the 24 ’ ’) so we can just slip it over our heads.

I would start by saying that I love the design and overall look and quality of the necklace,however, I only gave it a 4 for two reasons. First, I am a big guy and I wish the chain was longer than 24 inches. Second, I wish the pendant was not attached to the chain. When I wear it the chain rolls and the pendant flips up over the chain. It would be nice if the chain could roll and the pendant didn ’t.

I love the quality of the Odyssey Quad necklace but I did not like the necklace as much as on some of the other necklaces from American Medical ID. I ended up replacing the chain with one of my previous American Medical ID chains.

Now I have to go to a professional and pay to have it removed and put on a different chain instead of just being able to slide it off and put it on any chain of OUR choice...Thank you.
