The bracelet is huge It would not work well with a small person, but for me is ok. Light, very light and easy to put on. In an emergency, definitely someone would notice you have a medical issue.

I love the weight of the tag,but cannot stand the bulky look & feel of the bracelet. It catches on many pieces of clothing and once to a part of an elevator.I tried to swap out the bracelet with the stainless steel extra you sent,but the cut out pieces on the tag make it wear at an angle and look funny also.

I like it. It is a very large link and style, but that is the style right now; so it works. For me the only drawback would be that the symbol itself looks as though it will wear fairly quickly. It is simply color over metal, and there is no clear protective covering over the symbol (as I have seen on some others) to make the color long lasting which is really what makes it stand out the best to medical personel. It is new for me so I will have to see how long the color lasts, maybe it will be longer than it looks. I though, would like to see some type of clear coating or cover over the symbol portion.
