I do NOT however, like the style of the lobster claw clasp It is VERY difficult to use. In the long run, I ’m happy I inadvertantly ordered my bracelet too big, now I don ’t need to undo the clasp (It ’s just cumbersome to hold and squeeze with your fingers, and still allow enough room to hook the link onto the clasp.) You ’d laugh if you saw how frustrated my husband gets when I need his help with it. (c;

I also ordered the heavy cable chain. So glad I did b/c it is not very heavy. I have a 6 wrist and ordered the 7 ...it fits perfectly and I can get it clasped. The size of the letters is fine for me- easy to read and I think engraved very well. The links are soldered that connect to the clasp and the tag. Very nice touch and very well made. I don ’t shower with it and it looks great- no scratches and still very shiny. Highly recommend

I was expecting a quicker turn around time as I informed her I had to cut my old bracelet off due to seized up latch. So i ’m without a med id till i receive it. So loved the bracelet - the service - not so much. Still won ’t keep me from future purchases.

I have a problem with my right hand so I must wear it on my left, so my info faces backwards. This is my 2nd bracelet with you and the last one was correct. If you must wear a bracelet a person would want to be sure EMT ’s could read it with out having to turn it to read.

The only other thing was that the ink was light compared to the metal and was therefore hard to read for the wearers and ourselves. A darker ink might be helpful. The dog tag is perfect, but I am concerned about how the engraving will hold up on the bracelet, since it is not etched into the metal; it seems to be bonded to the surface and I fear it won ’t last more than a year or two.
