Tue Feb 26, 2013: The descriptions are good, but we couldn’t find a description of the chain whether it had a clasp or not. We ordered the 24 inch one, when the 20 would have been better. As you ship internationally as well as in the US, you should include those calculations in your shipping info. Your 4-5 day rush delivery got it only as far as Canada (Toronto), but it had to travel to Vancouver, B.C., clear customs, and be sent to Vancouver Island for delivery, a total of ELEVEN days Not good.

The front of the tag, and the gold medical emblem is impressive The back, the most important is not as impressive. I believe the quality and each person’s satisfaction level would be greatly increased, if you consider dropping your price for this particular tag to 45.00 or increase the size and depth of engraving slightly, to warrant the extra 15 dollars. (just a thought)

I have had less expensive dog tag styles from other companies and within a few months the red paint was chipping away it looked like I was wearing a silver dog tag and became fairly worthless.
