Wed Dec 29, 2010: One minor gripe when we got the necklace, the chain was kinked in several places. I maaged to work out the kinks, but it wasn’t easy. The bracelet (stainless steel) had a very tight catch which made it very difficult to put on by myself. I put a little oil on it and worked it for several minutes to loosen it up. It’s still difficult to fasten, but I manage to do it. With those exceptions, they were excellant.
