Then I replaced with bracelet which I still have and use although the old wallet card woreout soom time ago. And now just having a pacemaker placed in and having to get everything up dated. I think it nice if your engineer could come upwith a plastic ID card with the magenetic strip like the banks or and cedit card are that could or and would work like the E-med Tag.

I would make one suggestion - there are two connecting-links that attach the two items to the chain; one attaches the dog tag and one attaches the red medic-alert emblem. I suggest that you connect both attachments with the same link. So, then you would have two attachments on one link. The benefit is that the red medic-alert tag would not constantly end up hanging off to the side. If you do this, I also suggest that the one link used should be about 1/3 heavier/stronger. The connecting links used on my dog tags seem too fragile. - If they ever come up missing, I will think it was due to those connecting links being too fine/fragile. Although, I received what I ordered I was not happy that the sterling silver had a brushed finish. I prefer the shine of sterling silver. I wear a lot of sterling jewelry and the shine is the reason. A dull finish is not what I want. The fact that I have type II Diabetes does not effect my preference for the shiny finish of sterling silver jewelry. The chain is beautifully shny.

Sat Oct 10, 2009: I love it the worst part was the fact that my wrist is only 5 inches and I really wanted titanium so I had to go to a jeweler here to get them to help me get it ti fit me because you did not have any titanium to fit my wrist. My wrist is so small anyway that it would have taken a special order from you amyway. But, it is great and I do love it. I also like the sport bracelet which was half off. Unfortunately I put the wrong phone number on it so it was not done right because of my own fault. So all in all your product and service is great, the problems I speak of are my wrist size and wrong phone number.
