The only improvement I would love to see in the ID itself would be the option to have the logo/caduceus in red aenamel. I do worry, but not much, whether a first responder will know quickly what they need to know. Too early for me to comment on how durable the bands are. I like the color options but generally will wear the red so it’s more apparent. Thanks for asking

I emailed the company and they advised me that I would have to go through the process of ordering a new bracelet and then at the checkout I could add additional bands and then delete the bracelet. It would be much easier to just have the individual bands available to add the cart without going through the trouble of ordereing a new band.

Wed Apr 03, 2013: The only reason I did not give a five rating is because one of the snaps on the band was defective, however, I called customer service and they are shipping out a new band. They were great in assisting me with this problem. Other than that issue the bands are great. My son had stopped wearing his id but these are a little more stylish and he wears them everyday.

There should be an arrow or some note noting additional information on back so that people looking at the band know to look at the back.
