Tue Dec 11, 2012: I purchased the leather flex band and within a day of receiving the product the leather on the snap that holds the metal plate to the band broke in half. The bracelet is worthless at this point. To say the least, not thrilled.

Thu Jun 07, 2012: well for starters, the engraving isn’t as pronounced as i would have liked. the Red behind the emergency symbol came off within 1 day. I don’t have the luxury to return it as my son is on a time limit and ready to go on a trip so i had to color the red in myself. I am not too pleased with your product.
