Sat Apr 13, 2013: I did have to exchange the size from a small to a medium. Even though my wrist is 6 inches round (small) this wristband was still too tight. I also had a hard time trying to slide it on. But, when I called to see if I could switch to size medium, the customer service rep was wonderful. She was helpful and made me feel that it was ok to exchange and explained how easy it was to do so. My new size fits perfectly and I love the lime green color.

The engraving is just right with plenty of space for all the important info. She loves to choose a different color band to match her clothes each day. How fashionable She was curious though, as to why when we ordered it in size extra small AND small, that the small package came with a white band option, but her xs package did NOT include white. She was a little disappointed that she wouldn’t have a white option available to her until her wrist is bigger. Was there supposed to be a white band in the xs package as well? I wish there was an in between size of bracelets as the x small is too tight and the small is too big. I was very disappointed with the lack of communcation this order. Mon Jun 11, 2012: Initial order sent on 5/17/12. The ID I received for my client had a letter missing on the allergy. Your staff was very helpful saying that they would redo it and send it out within a couple days. The new ID has not arrived. I called last week to inquire about this and I was told it was shipped on 5/23. I was told if it couldn’t be located they would make another one and get it shipped. Today is 6/11/12 and I have not seen or heard anything about the new ID. My client is still waiting for her ID.

It was my daughter’s allergies so a very important detail was missed. So was not impressed by your quality control. I have contacted customer service and they will resend a new plate with all the engraving that I ordered.

Wed Mar 21, 2012: I was disappointed because it showed up with the incorrect engraving on one side. However, I called customer service and spoke with a very nice lady. She got me the new bracelet in 3 days I was impressed. My only complaint is that it does seem to scratch easily, but overall I am very pleased. My son wears it all the time and it is a great size for him. It is visible, but not awkward or heavy.

Tue Feb 14, 2012: Difficult to change band colors remove/install ID tag until I mastered a system. It would be useful for a video clip to demo the removal/installation process. My strategy was to turn band inside-out, pinch band, slide ID onto band. I selected the silicon band for its ease of placing and my wrist and this has worked great.

With the silicon band, I dont have to worry about discoloration or tarnishing. I dont have to remove it and risk forgetting to put it back on. Thank you for making this product. I also like that I can change the color of the band to match what I am wearing to make it more discrete.
