I did have to exchange the size from a small to a medium. Even though my wrist is 6 inches round (small) this wristband was still too tight. I also had a hard time trying to slide it on. But, when I called to see if I could switch to size medium, the customer service rep was wonderful. She was helpful and made me feel that it was ok to exchange and explained how easy it was to do so. My new size fits perfectly and I love the lime green color.

I think that you all should make another size that is between this one and the larger one. For example my 4 year old is growing and this silicone band is getting tight but the other size is too big.

I like the idea of a bracelet without a clasp, but would prefer a stretchy band. The band barely fits over my hand and then is way too big for my wrist. Do you sell a stretch band? Otherwise, I’m very pleased with the product.

A great improvement over the Sleek titanium style which I purchased at first. The bracelet does not scratch as stainless steel is more durable than titanium. Still very stylish, comfortable and easy to wear, however.

The plate is goo (large and the engraving is easy to read, even the solid red was no longer available. However, size 6 is too tight, I ordered next size (6-3/4)--too loose. But I’ll use the looser one. It would be great if the words Medical ID on the back of silicone band were in a contrasting color (white for dark colors, black for light colors or even red for light or dark colors).

We love the products and new choices for children expanded color selection, expanded style selection, etc. but wish the embossing/stamping was engraving as the children are very hard on the items and they wear out quickly. Also, the representative helping us this time was FANTASTIC

good except I think the wording I selected on the bracelet is a little to smalland the alert emblem should be a bright red clolor. Overall not satisfied with that. Hard to tell that it is a med alert bracelet.

I love the interchangeable silicone bands. They give my son options on what colour he would like to wear on any given day. I do not like that the engraving is so light....it should be heavier and easier to read especially sine this is an ID for emergency medical purposes.

I love the bracelet but wished you would have put that the small is for like a child size. I have smaill wrist but this was smaaller than I thought it would be. I use them but they are snug but tolerable.

We ordered 3 different bracelets and one necklace and we are happy with them all But by far our favorite for our little five-year-old’s tiny wrists is the extra-small silicone flex bracelet. The engraving is just right with plenty of space for all the important info. She loves to choose a different color band to match her clothes each day. How fashionable
She was curious though, as to why when we ordered it in size extra small AND small, that the small package came with a white band option, but her xs package did NOT include white. She was a little disappointed that she wouldn’t have a white option available to her until her wrist is bigger. Was there supposed to be a white band in the xs package as well?
