I am very disappointed since the wording (letters) on the back are too small to see clearly. It is very difficult to make out the name and medical problem and takes a while to make out what it says. The silver chain was also a disappointment.

I do like the Odyssey pendant but I just received it and the back looks like it is scratched up and it was not that way when I first got it.

Liked product but camewith some kind of smudge thought it was a scratch at first, able get it off after continued rubbing. Quailty control should have caught. But I like medallion, it appears to be of good quality. The silver chain latch is hard for me to open andclose the leather clasp is easier. Like that message is engraved not printed on as with other braclets.
